Vendor Check-in & Setup
Setup begins: Friday, November 6, at 6:00 AM
Vendors may arrive anytime during setup hours, as long as their booth is fully set up by 3:00 PM.
The loading dock closes at 2:45 PM. After this time, large items and booth setups cannot be loaded in until the show has ended for the day.
At check-in you will:
Receive your vendor badges
Park behind the Show Me Center and use the designated Vendor Entrance throughout the weekend. This allows you to bypass the box office security checkpoint.
Floor Plan
Booth locations may change before the event.
If your booth name doesn't appear in the search, check the map directly as some booths have been added manually.
Vendor Agreement
All vendors must complete the Vendor Agreement before setting up.
First-time Cape Con vendors MUST sign the agreement.
Returning vendors who signed last year's Cape Con agreement do not need to sign again.
New for 2026: AI-generated artwork is prohibited at Cape Events.
Hotel Block
We've partnered with The Riverview hotel located in the Century Casino in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

How It Works
Every vendor receives a unique promo code that gives customers:
10% off adult weekend pass, fan pass, super fan pass, and gold pass purchases (online only)
For every 20 adult passes purchased using your code, you'll earn $15 off your 2027 booth renewal.

To redeem your earned discount, you must renew your booth on Sunday during Cape Con 2026.

How to Participate
Email us:
Your booth name
A simple clue about your booth
Ideally, the answer to your clue should be your booth name.
Example: "This King has more than just tumblers!" Answer: Tumbler King
Prize Donations
Prize donations are optional but always appreciated.
If you'd like to contribute, simply drop your prize off at the Cape Events Information Booth during the convention.
